MUSCLE TISSUE MORPHOLOGY OF BROILER CHICKENS WHEN SUBSTITUTING FEED ANTIBIOTICS WITH A BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUPPLEMENT

This paper discusses the outcomes of production experiment carried out on one poultry farms in Sverdlovsk Region and at departments Ural State Agricultural University. The was cross Ross-308 broiler chickens number 80 female male with an average live weight 43 g. During research, were housed different cages; continued throughout entire rearing period - 38 days. control group formed comparable fed basic diet used farm nutritional value required for this cross, during rearing, from 1st to 10th day, Albac feed antibiotic (500 g per t) administered; it substituted Fortrazin (600 11th 30th day. From first day end fattening, trial received but alternative safe growth promoter SafMannan amount 0.5 kg t compound feed. Comparative zootechnical indices groups showed that introduction supplement into did not affect chicken survival rates, had a promoting effect development broilers accompanied by gains. Histological examination breast thigh muscle reveal any pathological processes neither addition antibiotics or biologically active SafMannan; mass increased due young un-differentiated fibers process matu-ration, final differentiation technological cycle occur.
